You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to message your own customers in accordance with applicable law.

6.Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a limited period in case you reactivate, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or security reasons.

7.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain data sharing (including for targeted advertising).
